Festival of the Tripe *

To Passerano Marmorito the 4th Sunday of October, the ProLoco presents “The tripe to be discovered and enjoyed with cotechino with mashed, tongue in sauce, cold cuts, peppers in cold wet, tripe sausage, tripe soup, pasta tricolore, tripe stew, chips and homemade cakes !”

And then fusilli alla boscaiola, typical Piedmontese antipasti, potato chips, panini, cakes, hot chocolate and a beautiful view on the hills of Asti, sitting comfortably under the old Ala.

Through the streets of the village and in the old town, from 10.00, “Flea Market of handicrafts, local products and not only ", Vintage tractors, our barnyard animals (rabbits, donkeys, goats, hens ...) in the morning and in the afternoon with trumpets and accordion artists will cheer passersby.

At 15,00 concert-Spectacle Fanfara Bersaglieri in piazza della Chiesa.
