WHERE WE ARE:

Asti is about 50 km East of Turin (Torino), 110 km North of Genoa (Genova) and 120 km South - West of Milan (Milano), in Tanaro river's valley, in the center of Monferrato's hills, in the hearth of Piedmont.
Monferrato is limited in the North side from the river Po; on the South it arrives to the Langhe, following the limit within Asti and Cuneo; on the West side it borders with plain of Chieri and Alba; at East the lint is the Bormida river and the plain of Alessandria. At North of Asti there is the Low Monferrato (Basso) while on the south there is the High Monferrato (Alto).

HOW TO REACH US:
By car, you can the Province of Asti with the highway A21 Turin - Piacenza , exit Asti East (Est), Asti West (Ovest) and Villanova, (tel. +39.011.437.380.0). From Milan, take highway #A7 till Tortona, then the #A21 direction Asti-Turin. From Genoa, #A26 da Voltri till Alessandria and then #A21. If you arrive from Cuneo (80 km) or Alba (30 km), take the highway A33, till today free of charge.

By Train, Railways passing through Langhe and Monferrato are Turin-Genoa and Turin-Piacenza-Bologna (in black on the map); search for stations and timetable on www.trenitalia.com or phone to 892021. On the maps, you can see in black the railways.
