From the 6 to the 8 September in Albareto (PR), ToscoEmiliano Apennines, in the heart of the territrio of the "mushroom of Borgotaro I.G.P."

The major event dedicated to the Mushroom King bolete is twinned with the "Fiera Internazionale del Tartufo Bianco d'Alba" and the "National Festival of Italian Risotto".

Food Stand, the food market Italian and international specialties, the cooking classes, conferences, the exhibitions and the great restaurant with 700 seats where are served menu of delicious pulpy "King of forest".
